Issue Summary

• Post preview text is pulling ugly garbedygook code from my audio file
• What did you expect to happen? Just words, not numbers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. This is the first step…I create a post with an audio file, all is well.

2. This is the second step: I look at my website, and the LATEST populates my post preview with trash code from the audio file.

   

3. (I don’t want to see 0:00/49.8346671x)

If you set a custom excerpt for the post, that should prevent that behavior. It’s theme-specific, but I’d guess that the theme will preferentially use the custom_excerpt if one is set.
