Hi, folks,

A quick question on how email scheduling works. I’ve just set up a new site for aspiring philosophers over on www.lookingforwisdom.com, and I’m smitten with Ghost. But I’ve got a question about scheduling and email sending.

My question is this: if on November 15th I schedule a post to be published and sent to members on the 1st December, will it be sent to all members who are subscribed by November 15th (the time I click “schedule”), or all members who are subscribed by 1st December (the publication date)?

The latter (send to everyone subscribed at the time of publication) makes more sense. But I think that what Ghost does is the former (sends to everyone subscribed at the time of scheduling). If anyone can confirm/deny this, that’d be great. Thanks!

It will send to all subscribed members at the time of publication.

Thanks! Just wrong-footed by the fact that when you click schedule it says “This post will be sent to X subscribers.” But this makes perfect sense.
