Few if any themes for Ghost have built-in ads support on the level you seem to be using ads. It’s possible that you’ll be able to just run Google’s auto-ads, but if not, you may need some custom code.
Your site is failing Google’s metrics on desktop specifically because of the ads. I’d suggest trying to resolve the CLS issue with your current CMS, rather than switching, because if you’re taking your ads provider with you, you’re likely to have the same problem on any CMS. Ghost is awesome, but it isn’t going to fix a problem with the ads code.
Google’s auto ad does not look good on any website including ghost. It took me a little extra work to optimise Google ads on my blog (techweirdo.net) with source theme.
