Sending to tagged members only?

We publish on different industries and I want to be able to offer members an option to just get newsletters that match their interests. The logic can get a little tricky but email marketing tools like ConvertKit offer this.

Example 1: Send this update to all public and paid members except those tagged “Mining”
Example 2: Send this update only to public and paid members tagged “Mining”

If I could figure out how to do this with ghost (without creating multiple instances) then I wouldn’t need a tool like ConvertKit and could save $ and simply the workflow.

I would also be interested in this. I was also wondering if they could make a feature where we could create multiple tiers for free accounts like they can do with paid. That way we could achieve the same thing with the tier functionality but give us control over the landing page they land on as well as other features.
