How do I post my blog post to X. Do I have to just grab the URL manually and post it to X myself or can I automatically publish to X once I have published a post on my blog?

You can put something together using Ghost’s webhooks. Zapier – which is usually the go-to tool for things like that in Ghost – doesn’t support Twitter anymore.
