Single URL to create post

Hi,

I’m considering using Ghost, please confirm if it would meet these requirements:

Does Ghost offer the ability to use a single URL to initiate the creation of a post (and work as below)?
My desire is to have a single link which anyone could click and either create a post because they are already a Contributor (or higher permissions), or that Ghost would offer a membership signup which once completed would enable the new member to create a post.
If this is possible, please what is the URL to initiate this process?

Please advise if this is possible.
