I have generated few blog posts. Do I need to submit sitemap.xml every time on google search console after publishing new blog? or does ghost automatically submits it to google search console??
On Google search console, once you’ve submitted your sitemap, you’re good to go 
Whenever you publish a new post, Ghost will update the sitemap and Google will periodically refresh the sitemap to keep up to date.
