Tagging members

Hello!

In my blog I have two different kinds of members and I would like to send targeted posts.

For example,
Post 1, only sent to members tagged with the tag: “general”
Post 2, only sent to members tagged with the tag: “investors”

Is there any way to tag members? At this moment I have to remove all the members list and add them in groups every time I have to send a post, depending on which target I want to address.
