I never knew how extendible markdown actually was. Is it possible to write a footnote markdown that performs an automatic doi search and formats it accordingly, ie, [^1 doi:10.7763/IJIET.2013.V3.353] which out puts html as (Escudeiro and Carvalho, 2013)
1: Paula Escudeiro and Carlos Vaz de Carvalho, “Game-Based Language Learning,” International Journal of Information and Education Technology vol. 3, no. 6, pp. 643-647, 2013.
Is this possible?
Ghost editor’s side-by-side | Markdown | Preview | is really useful (see small icon at the bottom of the screen).
