Issue Summary

• Explain roughly what’s wrong
  Cannot delete users. I am able to delete blogs, members but not other staff. Please help
  
  

Steps to Reproduce

1. Invite new staff member
2. Let staff member accept the invitation
3. Try to delete this new staff meber
