I just modified the tiers on my site and for some reason when members click a package, it says “Unable to initiate a checkout” even though my stripe is connected. Any suggestions as to what may be causing this?
Hi @Sagar_Vankwani - Thanks for flagging this. I just tried signing up for all three tiers, and was able to get through to Stripe Checkout. Are you still seeing the problem?
It looks like you’re on Ghost(Pro), would you mind sending a note to support@ghost.org so we could take a deeper look to see what happened?
