Hi everyone, I’m currently building a digital card system for large organizations like museums and non-profits where member onboarding, renewals, and engagement are managed in a more structured and automated way. The core idea is to replace traditional membership processes with a digital card experience that is easier to manage and scale. Alongside this product, we are planning to use Ghost as an awareness and content layer. The goal is to publish educational content around membership management, CRM workflows, and digital transformation in the non-profit and cultural sector. We are thinking of using Ghost mainly as a top-of-funnel system where content explains real-world challenges and solutions, especially around membership systems and how a digital membership card can improve engagement and operational efficiency. From there, readers would naturally move toward product demos or signups. What I am trying to understand is whether Ghost is a good fit for this kind of content-to-product journey. Since the blog is not just informational but tied to a SaaS-style platform, I’m also curious how people usually handle integration between Ghost content and external systems like CRM or membership databases. If anyone has built something where Ghost sits alongside a backend product like a membership or CRM system, I’d really appreciate insights on how you structured it without making things too complex.
