Does anyone know Ghost video thumbnail size (recommended)? I went with 1200 x 720 but it looked like compared to the video the image is not the same height.

The dimensions will depend in part on the resolution of your video and the CSS of your theme.
By default, the video will max out at ~100% of your content container (which changes depending on the device’s width). Then, the height of the image will be automatic. It will be however high it needs to be maintain the aspect ratio of the video.
For your case, you need to ensure that your video and image have the same aspect ratio. If that doesn’t work, then it could be your theme’s styling that is changing height or width…
