I have a site called https://www.futurenode.dk, but I have a problem! I get this warning on my log

I’m running the last version of ghost / ghost-CLI
Ghost-CLI version: 1.15.3
Ghost version: 3.41.3 (at /var/www/ghost)
node: v12.20.1
There is no new update atm
I have tried to switch to the default theme (Casper) – But don’t seem to fix the problem
How can fix this?
And a little bonus question: How can I send a test mail??? I can’t find it in the admin panel! The last time I checked there was a button to do it.
