Hi, I want to offer a Lifetime membership tier but the option for a one-off payment is not available. Can anyone tell me the workaround or if Ghost has this as an update coming soon?
Under complimentary membership, you can provide a lifetime membership. So, I guess you could provide a contact form for lifetime membership, invoice directly, and once payment received, set up the complimentary membership.

You could also set up a Stripe link to pay for it and then use Zapier or another webhook → API provider to create the complimentary account.
