I am trying to give a complimentary subscription to a new tier we just created for paid subscribers of our existing tier.
The option to add a complimentary subscription does not appear on existing paid subscribers – only their existing subscription with links to Stripe.
How do I add a tier subscription for existing paid subscribers?
Ghost assumes only one active paid subscription per member. The complimentary plan is really meant as a substitute or temporary access, not a free add-on while billing continues for another tier.
Maybe giving them a special label and send only to that label could work?
