Confirmation email new subscriber lead to 404

Hi all,

We started our newsletter about a month ago, and everything seemed to be working fine. Unfortunately, we have received more than 10 alerts from new subscribers reporting that, after subscribing, the link in the confirmation email does not work properly and usually leads them to a 404 page. However, we do receive their subscriptions on our end.

Is there anything we can do on our side to resolve this? Do you know what might be causing the issue?

Do you maybe have a welcome page set up on the tier (either free or paid) that they’re subscribing to?

Yes, we have a welcome page set up on the tier (free), and the new subscribers who receive the 404 error aren’t receiving it either. The welcome page itself is working properly, and our other subscribers have received it without any issues.
