Quick question: Any way to force the editor to use curly quotes instead of straight ones, without having to convert everything to HTML and put them in by hand?

I was surprised to find that my usual browser extensions that convert “straight quotes” to “smart quotes” are defeated by the Ghost WYSIWYG editor.
