Error on first login to new Ghost install

I have a new Ghost installation running on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on a Vultr VPS. Everything installs fine, with a few tweaks (I manually create a Ghost Mysql user, and manually create www. SSL certificates as per the Ghost guide).

The first time I login to the admin panel, I get the error “Request was rejected due to server error”. If I click “Create account and start publishing” again then I get “Setup has already been completed”. This error has followed me across several fresh installs on fresh VPS’s, so it seems to be a configuration error of some sort.

Everything seems to be working correctly. Should I be concerned?

I’ve definitely seen the page time out after I create my new admin credentials and click submit. When I browse to mydomain.tld/ghost, it accepts my credentials and everything is fine. I’m not sure why it times out, but if everything is working fine, I don’t know that I’d worry about it!
