I’m using the latest I version of Ghost and have Mailgun set up. I know it’s working properly because single emails, account set up, newsletter previews, etc all send through Mailgun. However, any scheduled post as a newsletter fails to send. I checked with Mailgun, and nothing is even being pushed through the API, so there’s something happening on the Ghost end. I’m new to all of this and don’t know where to start investigating. Any suggestions?
That’s definitely odd.
Can you give us a bit more information about your setup and show us the logs? If you’re trying to send a post via email and Ghost runs into an issue, we should see the specific reason in there.
Transactional emails (login, signup, etc.) are configured separately from bulk emails (newsletter).
Have you entered in your Mailgun config under Settings → Email newsletter?
It’s always the simple things that get me. I still had it set up with the sandbox mode from when I was setting everything up. I changed everything to the full domain in the config file, but forgot this setting existed. Thank you.
