Hello, I put domain and api of mailgun on ghost dashboard.
Is self hosted.
Mailgun is ok, I have no error message, post is published but mail is not sended, mailgun even detect any sending.
What I could missing?

What are your logs saying when you send an email?
Nothing, it says it was send ok.
But on Ghost logo on dashboard says my domain is not able to send emails: I have put smtp configuration as documentation.
You will need to set up Mailgun to send newsletters. SMTP setup is only for transactional emails (forgot password, etc.).
I saw in another thread that you’re on Fastcomet. They do not include any emails, so you’ll have to deal with that yourself. There are quite a few other Ghost hosting providers out there that do that.
I have put SMPT of Mailgun and API key of Mailgun on Ghost.
Look this message, I have update message and is the most recent version too.
The most recent version is 5.74.2 – so, your Ghost hoster is quite a few versions behind 
If you’ve put the Mailgun API key in and there are no errors in the logs, the big question I have is whether the emails actually reach Mailgun. Anything on that front?

That is a pretty clear error:
Mailgun Error 401: Forbidden
A 401 error usually means that there’s an issue with your credentials. So, you need to check your Mailgun API key and all the settings there. The problem is not with Ghost but with your Mailgun credentials.

Again, the issue is probably shown in a log somewhere. How exactly do you know that transactional mails aren’t being sent?

Alright, none of these seem to be particularly relevant to an email problem? The first one shows that another instance of Ghost is already running on your port (curious how that happens with managed Ghost hosting?).
The second one is an xmlrpc timeout, so also not related to transactional emails.
The last one doesn’t have an issue at all, as far as I can see?
If the transactional emails aren’t working, I would ask you to reproduce that error (e.g. send a password reset email or invite a staff member), then check your logs for an error, and post that error.
Then we can have a proper look.
I’m facing the same issue, I’ve set up both SMTP credentials and the Mailgun API through the admin panel. However, transactional emails are not being sent.
