GhostPro page NEVER stops loading. Frozen for 2 days now

Issue Summary

  • As you see above, the same circle in the middle never stops spinning and I cannot access the other buttons.
  • I just signed up and am already disappointed.
  • Can anyone help? I wrote support, but have not heard anything back.
  • This also means I cannot enter my newly purchased domain either.

This is a community forum, so contacting support via email was the right thing to do. They’re staffed M-F, so you’ll likely get a reply today.

Meanwhile, you might try a different browser or temporarily disabling any ad blockers in the current browser, in case the problem is on your end.

You could also confirm that you’re logged is as the site owner (not an admin user), since only the owner has access to that functionality.
