What happens when you try to upload? Any error messages in the browser console (f12) or in ghost’s logs?
How did you set up Ghost? How big and what format is the image?
So if you press F12, you’ll open the browser console and can look for any errors there. I don’t know how to look at the logs for a lightsail deployment, but that’d be a good idea.
Do other image uploads work?
