Hi There, installed my blog with Pikapods, and now I cant get into my blog at all. I thought Pikapods can help me but they cant. Basically I cant get into the admin. I tried to set up an email service and when I came back to sign back into my blog, it wouldnt recognize my password. So I’m locked out. i’m not sure what to do.
If the password isn’t recognised, you could reset it, which you have probably tried.
If Ghost cannot send the email with the password reset instructions, the mail config isn’t configured properly.

If everything fails, you could go into the database using the Adminer tool:
There you can open the users table and see whether the email address for the user itself is correct.
For a password reset you’d still need a working mail configuration, though.
