I just started using this service and wanted to change my password. However, when I clicked on “Forgot Password,” nothing happened. No email was sent, and the button just keeps spinning.
Now I can’t even log in at all. What should I do?

This post is missing a bunch of information that might help us help you. So, here goes a guess:
If you’re in managed hosting (you pay someone for hosting, other than the not-really-managed options like Pikapods or Digital Ocean), contact your host. They should have set up your email.
If you’re self-hosting, you’ve got to set up outgoing email to make a password reset work.
You don’t have to set up mailgun for transactional email, but you do have to set up SOMETHING that’ll receive and deliver email on your behalf. Note that some self-hosting providers block some outbound SMTP ports.
