How do i upgrade account?

Guys, I was about to email my first blog post to 104 members I’ve imported.

I’m on the free trial account. Ghost tells me I can’t send to more than 100 members. that I must upgrade.

I click the upgrade button, it takes me to the dashboard. There’s no upgrade button anywhere?

I can’t for the life of my find a place to upgrade my account so I can send out this post.

What am I missing?
