How to connect my Siteground domain with Ghost?

Maybe it is more a Siteground question than Ghost, but I do not understand how I can include my registered domain to Ghost?

So I bought and registered a domain via Siteground. I have the Nameservers but since I do not bought any hosting or website services from Siteground I do not have any options, as DNS configuration. Am I missing something here? Do I need to pay for a hosting plan at Siteground and have Ghost(pro)?

Thanks for any leads. I am new to this whole blogging, domain, website world.
