I am making my first podcast independently and am hoping I can use Ghost to host it. However, I can’t tell from the website if you can easily upload podcasts from Ghost onto other podcast apps, and if you can also have pay-walled podcasts appear in other apps. Anyone have an answer?

There are a couple options. You could have Ghost be your source of truth and only host of podcasts. That’s going to complicate having an RSS feed for paywalled podcasts.
Another option is to look at a service that hosts podcasts and handles the distribution. There are lots of these out there. Having not used them, I don’t have a recommendation, but I’ll bet some folks on the forum will! In that case, you might have them be your source of truth, and embed their player in your site.
