Is there any way to export only the content from an old Ghost instance?

My blog is finally up and running :slight_smile:

However, to import all the databse of posts I had to export all the data together from the old ghost and on import it has overwritten a few things, for example now I have two administrators with the same name (one from this instance and the imported one). As a matter of fact, the old user has overtaken the “administrator” role. Sounds wrong. Other fields have been overwritten too. Is there any way to export/import this in a cleaner way?
