Open rate and click rate not correct

It has been more than 6 months I have been sending newsletters and close contacts report me via chat that they receive and open it. So why these stats are off? I have enabled the open rate analytics…

I have latest ghost self-hosted version. I use mailgun ofc. In mailgun I have disabled analytics.

I think you’ve identified your problem, so I’m glad you shared that! Ghost gets open info from Mailgun, so if you’ve disabled it there, that’s why you’re not seeing any.
