The URL of the failing webhook endpoint is: https://www.marketingjunto.com/members/webhooks/stripe/ | |

This is the first I’ve seen this. Any ideas how to fix this?
I appreciate any and all help!

I just got this notices since Ghost 6 came out. Any ideas. Same error as the OP. Looks like it’s been failing since August 5th though. Can’t figure this sucker out.
Do you have any new redirects or changes to networking that might be causing it?
I included Outpost.pub. Could that integration have broken it?
I wouldn’t think so. What do you see on the stripe dashboard in the webhooks section?
You haven’t shared whether you’re self hosted (and if so, what setup) or managed host. If managed, reach out to your host also. If self-host, please share a bunch more details, but I’m going to merge this with your other thread, since the original you’ve attached it to is /very/ old and probably not related.
Just to add on: Stripe is also persnickety about webhooks if you have too many different things connected to the same account. Is anything besides Ghost connected to this account?
Where in the GhostPro settings can I find the Webhooks?
The only thing custom I have is Outpost.pub. Everything else is hooked up via built in integrations.
The Stripe integration was done with the connect to stripe button.
Stripe is the right place to look. I think that if you click on the webhook url, you can see the error messages. That might be informative.
Looks like the payment went through. I’ll dig some more and report back!
Check the user and make sure they got upgraded correctly. When the webhook is failing, Ghost doesn’t know what has happened on Stripe.
Also, why do you have two separate webhooks, one with the www and one without? Which url is your Ghost site actually responding at?
I figured it out. I only need the non-www one! Thanks @Cathy_Sarisky for all your help!
