I am using the official table of contents on my Casper theme. It works great, but I noticed that it’s kind of big and takes a little bit more than the main body of the page to load most of the times, and I was wondering if there are other solutions. For example:

How can I use this second one instead of the official one, since this one loads instantly and looks more beautiful?
