I love Cove and Plausible (using both and glad to see them listed).
My favorite integration isn’t listed here. It’s Placid. I used it a couple of years ago when I overhauled my design so I could mass-produce featured images and share images.
The Ghost integration is AWESOME because it’s seamless. You update your blog post and it automatically generates and adds the Twitter and Facebook images. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
Such a HUGE time-saver for me.

The integration instructions are on Ghost and within Placid.
Basically create a template.
Some text that auto resizes (different posts have different lengths) that will change to your title
Background can either be static or change to your Featured Image.
It’s pretty sweet. I had to run a few tests but now it’s on lock and I don’t have to think about social images, just post images.
