Admin Users (Staff) to have Paid Member Access

I have members enabled within Ghost 3.2.0. However I have a group of admin blog writers that I want to have complete access to the site without having to go through stripe. How is this poss?

There is an option in members area to give complimentary premium plan. Toggle this for their log in
