  • What steps could someone else take to reproduce the issue you’re having?

Within the e-mail newsletter settings, attempting to click the green “Update support address” button results in the red “Retry” button you can see in the attached screenshot. I have Mailgun configured and am able to send transaction e-mails upon newsletter sign-ups. I am brand new to Ghost and excited to use it. If anyone could offer any help, I would greatly appreciate it!

Note:

There are two mail systems:
1. Bulk-email (sending posts to all members) - Mailgun settings configured in the members section of the admin area
2. Transactional email (signup/signin/staff invite) - Email settings configured in your config file

Thank you for the assistance, Donald! I just looked again at my mail config settings and realize that I accidentally copied and pasted the Mailgun SANDBOX credentials instead of the ones for my domain. Everything is now working as expected. I can either delete this or leave it up for posterity.
