Newsletters show '0 subscribers' even though members are subscribed

When I go to a member I can see he/she is subscribed:

However Newsletter settings show 0 subscribers: [see reply below for screenshot]

And publishing a post also shows 0 subscribers: [see reply below for screenshot]

Therefore I can’t send any newsletters. This used to work before, but stopped working at some point. Example of ‘member activity’ where you can see it did work before: [see reply below for screenshot]

The only thing I do is adding new posts every now and then, and update Ghost to stay on the latest version.

Setup information

Ghost Version
5.69.0

Node.js Version
v18.16.0

How did you install Ghost?
Self hosting

Provide details of your host & operating system
VPS, Linux debian 5.10.0-18-cloud-amd64

Database type

The admin shows:
Environment: development
Database: sqlite3

ghost version outputs:
Ghost-CLI version: 1.25.3
Ghost version: 5.69.0 (at ~/webserver/meisopreis)

ghost ls outputs:
No installed ghost instances found

Thank you!

I have exactly the same problem.
I just upgraded my self hosted Ghost (using fly.io) to the version 5.7.0.3, but it doesn’t solve the problem.

I’d be so happy to get some information about the way to solve the problem!
