What is the Problem: "Please sing in or authenticate with an API Key"?

I installed a new Ghost-version to our Server, do the registration step and try to login, but received invalid message “Please sing in or authenticate with an API Key”? below the login form like you can see on the screenshot. What it is mean? What I have to do? Can you give me advice or help to finish this process?

Can you try updating to the latest version of Ghost? It looks like you’re running Ghost 2.13.x, but the latest release is 2.21.x. It’s difficult to determine if your issue is because of bug (which is now fixed), or something in the latest release
