Dawn theme: no .hbs files for sign-up translation

I have translated almost all words in the .hbs files (e.g. default), but there are no hbs files that contain words that appear on forms such as the Plan subscription form, e.g.

Can you please tell me how I can translate those words into German? Thanks.

Hey @adoc, the Portal is separate from themes and there is no associated template file for this to be translated. A possible duplicate of Portal and email component translations
